Dear All,Just to warn you that Nephroptosis (hypermobile kidneys) can be mis-diagnosed as LPHS. An erect & supine IVU is required in order to exclude or diagnose Nephroptosis. Dr. Ahmed Ghanem has done some research showing a possible link between the 2 conditions ie. if Hypermobile kidneys are fixed in place LPHS could be prevented.Alison
