Dear Teri & Emma,I was interested to see your postings as you are the first 2 people I have met who are managing kidney pain with only Amytriptyline & managing to keep down a job. I can't imagine going to work on my cocktail of opiates. I don't know if I have LPHS as well as I haven't had a kidney biopsy. My pain is caused by kinking of the ureter rather than blood clots so maybe this causes diffferent pain?Hope you are managing Ok.Best wishes fromAlison
