Hi Everyone, I was trawling around the net trying to find more info to update the site with, when I came across these two papers which I think will help us all. The first paper was published in 2003 and deals with the outcomes of Renal Denervation in LPHS coming to the conclusion that men respond better to this form of treatment than women (55% of men in study). The second is new, 2007 and deals with the Management and Long Term Outcomes for LPHS Patients and is quite long and complicated to precis for this posting going into a lot of detail. This was conducted with 41 patient studies. Both of these studies were conducted in the UK. If you want copies of either of these, please contact me and I will Email them to you. Hi Everyone,
The paper about Long Term outcomes has caused some excitement at Chris' Pain Centre.
Her Consultant was very happy to see some clinical research at last, so that he could work with it.
He said it verified some of the observations he had made about LPHS.
So this paper will be part of the travel kit for when we are out of our area and need A&E/Emergency treatment for Chris.

I would like very much to receive the two papers on LPHS.  I have had LPHS for almost 7 years and now have at least a kidney stone per week.  This has just been in the last year.  I want all the information I can get.
