Hi All

I have not been on the site now for a couple of years, things have been going really well, I am now married, got my degree and am training to be a lawyer - been busy!! My husband and I are now getting to the point where we would like to start a family - but are both really worried about the consequences of pregnancy and LHPS, especially with the autotransplant.  We were wandering if anyone else has been through a pregnancy with an autotrasplant? It is very hard to find any information on autotransplantation and pregnancy.  My GP is concerned about my blood pressure (high) and the fact that I am having a problem with urine retention and urine reflux back up to the autotransplant.  I would love to hear from anyone who has been through a pregnancy with LPHS?, both are problems which could be made worse by pregnancy.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Eleri

Hi Lelli,
It has been a long time, but nice to know you are still about.
Congratulations on your marriage and the new arrival to be.
As far as I am aware you are the second member to go through preganancy, the other being Helen who is better placed to answer any queries about LPHS and pregnancy than me, in that my wife developed LPHS in the last trimester and was delivered early because of foetal distress by Caesarian.
I'm sure that things have moved on since the early nineties and you might be better placed than she was.

John

If you have had several good ideas today; keep quiet about them. Someone might steal them.

Hello Lelly!

I'd be very happy for you to e-mail me about my pregnancy with LPHS.
